Sketch to Wallpaper
What began as an expressive drawing evolved through careful refinement into a calm and considered wallpaper.
The idea was to make a breathtaking floral with one-of-a-kind botanical shapes that balance perfectly in the surrounding space.
An intentional study in balance, this design moves from instinct to refinement. It began as a loose sketch—an imagined vine with fern-like fronds, airy tendrils, fig-shaped leaves, and magnolia-inspired blooms. From there, each leaf and floral element was edited to have a distinct line and pattern style. The variety of leaves were then intentionally spaced to draw the eye and create perfect repetition.
As it evolved, spacing became integral. Vines were placed to create a measured rhythm, allowing negative space to frame the movement and maintain a calm airiness. The result is open and composed—an interplay of structure and softness that feels both deliberate and effortless.
The palette follows the same philosophy. Monochromatic and refined, it’s offered in two colorways: a soft light ecru and a deep charcoal black. Both are designed to integrate effortlessly into any home, adding texture and depth without competing for attention.
The result is a Hamptons style wallpaper that transforms any space into a serene and inviting sanctuary.
CREATIVE USES: Pair the ecru on one wall anchored by the charcoal black on the opposite wall. OR - use one color on the wall, and the other to line the interior of a piece of furniture for an unexpected surprise.
