Please Note: All wallpaper is made to order and ships directly from our production partners—this means all sales are final. We highly recommend ordering a sample first to get a true feel for the color, scale, and pattern before placing your full order.

If you choose to order without sampling first, you’re acknowledging and accepting that your wallpaper is not eligible for return, exchange, or refund—including for reasons like color or scale variations, installation issues, or adhesion problems due to installation.

    1. Any wallpaper partially installed will not be refunded. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason after installation has started.
    2. Due to the custom nature of each order, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
    3. If a product arrives defective or damaged, please email us at hello@amysuther.com within 14 days of receiving your order, and we will exchange your order free of charge.
