Shipping policy

At this time, we’re happy to ship anywhere within the United States, but we’re not yet offering international shipping.

All items are printed to order. Once your order is received, our manufacturing partner will print and pack your custom order. Once printed, items will be shipped within 2-3 business days, unless otherwise noted. Because of the custom nature of this product, all sales are final - however, please contact us at: hello@suthercreative.com if you have any issues or concerns, and we'll work with you to find a solution.

SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Shipment method, estimated delivery time, and shipment cost is calculated by UPS and FedEx.

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

DAMAGES / LOST AND STOLEN PACKAGES

Suther Creative is not liable for any products damaged or lost/stolen during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
