Welcome to Suther Creative! We strive to make every customer happy. Due to the custom nature of each order we are unable to accept returns. If your product arrives defective we will process a return or refund. Read below to see how our Return Policy works.

Use of Website

  1. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and the purchase of products from our online store. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before making any purchases.
  2. Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use our website and make purchases. By using our website, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
  3. Secure Payment: Your purchases with us are secure. You only need to provide the personal data we need to fulfill your order and we do not disclose any of your information to third parties.

Products

  1. Product Descriptions: We strive to provide accurate descriptions of our products. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on our website are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. We recommend you purchase wallpaper samples before making a large wallpaper purchase so you can see and feel the product in person.
  2. Pricing: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue a product at any time without prior notice.

Orders

  1. Order Acceptance: Your receipt of an order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason.
  2. Payment: All payments must be made at the time of purchase. We accept various forms of payment as indicated on our website.
  3. Shipping and Delivery: We will ship products to the address you provide during the checkout process. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the availability of products. We are not responsible for any delays in shipping.

Return/Refund Policy

  1. All our products are customized according to the specific customer order, therefore we don't accept returns or refunds for any reason other than a damaged or defective print. Suther Creative is not responsible for processing any returns or refunds due to incorrect measurements purchased.
  2. To process a return or refund, we require photos of the entire print laid out on the ground and close-up images of any defects. Due to varying installation methods, any wallpaper partially installed will not be refunded. For this reason, we urge you to lay out your product on the floor as soon as it arrives and inspect it before installation. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason after installation has started.
  3. Due to the custom nature of each order, ALL SALES ARE FINAL, and Suther Creative is unable to process cancellations.
  4. You have 14 days after delivery to request a return for damaged products. We urge you to triple-check all dimensions on your order to ensure you purchased correctly, as we cannot guarantee any changes to orders after they are placed. If a product is defective or damaged, please email us at hello@suthercreative.com within 14 days of receiving your order, and we will exchange your order free of charge if it arrived defective or damaged.
